A vast sourcing network is deployed for procuring scrap metal after which it is inspected for non-compliance. After processing the material, the varied scrap metals are designated to the furnaces accordingly for production.

Owing to the high manufacturing standards, Lucky has earned a reputation for flexibility in meeting both the demand and supply of aluminum alloys in strict compliance to customer requirements. The equipment we utilize in our certified labs is the latest in metallurgy technology and includes:

• Spectrometer ARL – for analysis of various ferrous and non-ferrous scrap metals and secondary alloys that are Al, Cu, Fe and Zn- based, among others.
• Nikon Microscope – for microstructure investigation aided by Buhler and IBM certified software.
• Micro Sample Preparation Facility – using Buhler-recommended abasement, abrasive cutter, Motopol polisher and mounting press.

Our modern alloy manufacturing plant is located in the Jebel Ali Free Zone, UAE and ranks among one of the largest secondary alloy manufacturing facilities in the Middle East. Conveniently accessible by both land and sea, the Lucky Alloys facility achieved ISO 9001 certification in 1998, and were re-certified in 2010. Combining such manufacturing processes with a strong drive for technical excellence, Lucky Alloys has managed to grow annually at a capacity of over 18,000 metric tonnes of alloy production.
